1. Who we are

Matrix Automate is the trade name of Samir Otmani, sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET 903 586 394 00020), 4 allée des Arts, 94800 Villejuif, France. Contact: contact@matrix-automate.com. This policy applies to the website matrix-automate.com and to the Matrix Automate app (the "App").

2. What the App does

The App is an internal tool. It connects to social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) only for accounts owned by Matrix Automate (our own brands and channels, for example AnimeWallpaper and Isma Kids, and the new projects we launch), after the owner has explicitly authorized them through the platform's official login screen. It is used to publish our own content and to read the performance metrics of our own accounts.

3. Data we access

• Account information of our own accounts: account ID, username, display name, number of followers.
• Content information of our own posts: post ID, title or caption, publication date, link.
• Performance metrics of our own posts and accounts: views or impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks, watch time, as provided by each platform.
• Access tokens issued by the platforms, needed to call their APIs.

We do not access the private data of other users (no private messages, no personal information about followers or viewers). We only process aggregated metrics provided by the platforms.

4. How we use the data

Solely to publish our own content and to build private performance reports for our own accounts. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or any automated decision about individuals.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share the data with third parties. The data is only exchanged with the platform it comes from, through its official API, and stored by our hosting providers acting on our behalf.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored in a private database on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), with encrypted backups (Cloudflare R2). Access tokens are stored in restricted, password-protected systems and are never published. Access is limited to the owner of Matrix Automate.

7. Retention

Performance metrics are kept as long as needed for reporting, and at most for the lifetime of the account they relate to. Backups are automatically deleted after 30 days. Access tokens are deleted as soon as the connection is revoked.

8. Your rights and data deletion

Account owners can revoke the App's access at any time from the security settings of the platform concerned (for example Pinterest: Settings > Security and logins > Apps). To request the deletion of all data related to an account, email contact@matrix-automate.com; we delete it within 30 days. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, rectify and object, and to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not collect any personal data about children. Some of our accounts publish content for families; the App only reads aggregated, anonymous metrics for those accounts.

10. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or trackers.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
