1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website matrix-automate.com and of the Matrix Automate app (the "App"), operated by Matrix Automate (trade name of Samir Otmani, sole proprietor, France, SIRET 903 586 394 00020, 4 allée des Arts, 94800 Villejuif, France).

2. Access

The App is an internal tool reserved for the accounts owned by Matrix Automate (our own brands and channels, current and future). They are not offered to the public. Any connection requires the explicit authorization of the account owner through the platform's official login screen.

3. Platform rules

The App uses only the official APIs of each platform and complies with their developer terms and policies (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). Published content is created by Matrix Automate and complies with each platform's community guidelines.

4. Data

Data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The website and the App are provided "as is". Matrix Automate cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the platforms or by technical incidents.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Matrix Automate. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners.
